Intrastat – obligations and declaration

Intrastat is a statistical system in the European Union that serves to collect data on trade in goods between EU countries. In Poland, some companies engaged in intra-community trade have the obligation to submit Intrastat declarations.

If your company buys or sells goods within the EU, this obligation may apply to you. The system allows monitoring the flow of goods and creating trade statistics.

We support companies in organizing transport within the EU and help understand the obligations related to Intrastat.
